Founder & Chief Editor

Timothy Huang，旅英异见者，独立政治评论人，社交媒体意见领袖。毕业于伦敦大学学院（UCL），获法律与政治理论硕士学位，在埃塞克斯大学获国际商法硕士学位，曾在北京作为律师执业。现为自由之声杂志（Voice of Liberation）主编。

Timothy Huang is the founder and chief editor of Voice of Liberation. He is a Chinese dissident in the UK, an independent political commentator, and a social media influencer. He obtained an MA in Legal & Political Theory at UCL and an LLM in International Business and Commercial Law at the University of Essex. He was a lawyer practising in Beijing before leaving China.
